The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and comfort with safety-sensitive work including drug testing.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals.
• Perform light maintenance, cleaning, and turnover duties.
• Operate basic computer tasks and scheduling tools.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across interior and exterior spaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize interiors and exteriors as assigned.
• Assist in unit turnovers and seasonal tasks.
• Rotate stock and ensure restrooms are stocked.
• Support on-call rotations and safety procedures.
