You will work with the maintenance team to keep facilities safe, functional, and presentable for residents. The role emphasizes practical, on-the-job learning with opportunities to grow within property management and facilities operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance technician experience.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance (painting, carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform cleaning and landscaping tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of grounds, parking lots, and common areas.
• Repair minor issues in buildings and foundations, including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, basements, and mechanical systems.
• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as required.
• Ensure cleanliness of management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
