Job summary

Coast Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Spokane, WA to support day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our residential communities. You will perform repairs, assist with make-ready, and ensure safety and quality in the living environment for residents.

The role offers an hourly wage of $20.00–$22.00, full-time status, and opportunities to develop skills in painting, plumbing, and general building systems while coordinating with a supervisor and fellow maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent judgment and the ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Prior experience in property maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of painting and drywall patching.
• Minor appliance repair skills.
• General understanding of building equipment.
• Ability to identify deficiencies and troubleshoot faulty parts.
• Familiarity with plumbing repairs (e.g., changing garbage disposals, replacing faucets).
• Prompt response to service calls.
• Strong safety habits.
• Own and maintain personal tools.
• Reliable transportation.
• Good communication with residents, team members, and contract laborers.
