Job summary

Congregate Management Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Custodian for Reynolds West Estates, a 100-unit townhouse community in Greenville, PA. The role focuses on cleaning, ground maintenance, and basic repairs to keep the property well maintained.

Duties include snow removal from entrances and sidewalks, lawn care when needed, trash area checks, and dumpster changes. Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver's License
• Experience in cleaning work, related to the care and maintenance of buildings, public facilities and grounds preferred
• Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend, stoop, climb and reach

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and janitorial duties, ground maintenance, and minor repair work
• Clean snow from entrances and sidewalks; help mow and trim lawn and hedges when requested
• Check trash areas, remove large trash to chute and change dumpsters as needed
