Job summary

Congregate Management Services Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Custodian for the Lofts of Mount Washington & South Hills Retirement Residence in Pittsburgh. You will keep communities safe, clean, and well-maintained, with on-call rotation carrying a pay bump for emergency maintenance.

Responsibilities include cleaning, janitorial work, ground maintenance, and minor repairs, plus snow clearing and landscaping as needed. A PA driver's license is required and lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Driver's License required.
• Prior experience in building/grounds maintenance or janitorial work preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortably bend, stoop, climb, and reach throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning, janitorial work, ground maintenance, and minor repairs.
• Clear snow from entrances and sidewalks; assist with mowing, trimming, and general landscaping as needed.
• Monitor trash areas, transport trash to the chute, and swap dumpsters as needed.
