in Greenville, PA is seeking a Full-Time Property Maintenance Technician to join a small team responsible for a 100-unit affordable housing community, focusing on repairs, preventive maintenance, unit turnovers and resident service requests. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall and painting work, complete work orders, assist with cleaning, grounds maintenance and snow removal, and participate in a 24/7 emergency on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine maintenance in residential properties.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid state driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience with repairs, preventive maintenance, turnovers.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and painting tasks.
• Process work orders and complete turnovers.
• Assist custodian with cleaning common areas as needed.
• Maintain grounds and assist with snow removal.
• Be available for 24/7 emergency on-call rotation.
