Job summary

RHP Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Grantville Commons community in Grantville, PA. The role performs general grounds and lawn maintenance and basic repairs to homes, for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining community appearance, coordinating with the Community Manager, and adhering to safety regulations. A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience and a HS diploma are preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance to ensure homes and community areas are in proper condition.
• Execute assigned work orders and report status to the Community Manager in a timely manner.
• Promote good will by treating residents and staff with courtesy and attentiveness.
• Identify deficiencies using established procedures and take action with Community Manager approval.
• Maintain community grounds: weeds, landscaping, leaves, mulch, shrubs, and general lawn care.
• Perform snow removal and basic repairs on water/sewer lines and related facilities.
• Manage inventory of maintenance equipment and supplies; keep areas clean and organized.
