Qualifications

• Possess basic troubleshooting skills and ability to identify/repair defective components.

Responsibilities

• Read and carry out work orders and requests promptly, thoroughly, and efficiently.
• Carry out cleaning schedules and functions.
• Perform inspections of exteriors, units, equipment, and systems to determine cleaning needed.
• Perform groundskeeping functions and record work performed.
• Inventory, care for and maintain cleaning products, equipment, and supplies.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Operate and comply with OSHA standards and safety policies.
