Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Porter to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of its properties, supporting the property management team to address maintenance requests and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for tenants and guests.

Responsibilities include daily cleaning of common areas, preparing vacant units, reporting issues, coordinating vendors, and delivering high-quality customer service to tenants and guests.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
• Assist with the preparation of vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the property management team.
• Assist with the coordination of vendor services, such as landscaping and waste removal.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and guests, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
