Job summary

Domain Companies is seeking a motivated Porter to maintain property cleanliness and support residents and the team. The role emphasizes safety, timely trash removal, and clear communication with residents and staff.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Flexible schedule with Wednesdays– Sundays 12:30 pm–9 pm; benefits include health, life insurance, 401(k), and parental leave.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Customer centric with a warm demeanor and impeccable follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to plan and prioritize efficiently and motivate team members.
• Knowledge of basic technology (smartphones, computers) and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property cleanliness inside and out; ensure trash is removed timely.
• Follow safety programs and policies to keep team and residents safe.
• Communicate with maintenance and residents about issues and notices.
• Assist with resident events and other tasks as needed.
• Turn over vacated units to maintain a high standard for new residents.
