Sentinel Real Estate Corporation is hiring an Assistant Manager for Enclave at Cherry Creek, a modern apartment community in Parker, CO near Denver. You will work under the General Manager to support leasing, payments, invoicing, and training, ensuring accurate records and smooth operations.

The role requires previous apartment leasing experience, familiarity with Yardi, and a valid driver's license. It is a full-time on-site position with potential for a bonus program and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• 3 years previous apartment leasing experience
• 1 year Assistant Manager experience
• Knowledge of Yardi software preferred
• BA, BS or Associate's Degree is desirable
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct property personnel in the business and leasing office, including reports and resident records
• Prepare or oversee resident move-in packages, painting/cleaning schedules, and vacancy/activity reports
• Assist in the collection, deposit and recording of income, including delinquent rent pursuits
• Process invoices for payment and maintain resident files
• Assist in leasing and marketing efforts and maintain the advertising log
