Job summary

EMBREY is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Property Management team in Littleton, CO. You will support resident retention and enhance the resident experience through effective conflict resolution strategies.

This full-time role reports to the Community Manager at an on-site property and requires at least one year in sales/service with leasing experience. A valid driver's license is preferred and the position offers healthcare and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• One year of sales/service industry experience
• Previous leasing experience, preferred
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
• Audit lease and resident files.
• Process pre-close and month-end reports.
• Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs.
• Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
• Complete statement of deposits for move-outs.
