Job summary

EMBREY in Colorado is seeking an Assistant Manager to support our property management team. You will post rent payments daily, audit leases and resident files, and process pre-close and month-end reports to ensure accurate financials.

Additionally, you will inspect apartments at move-ins/move-outs, generate new leases and renewals, and complete deposit statements. This salaried role includes healthcare, 401(k) and other benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of sales/service industry experience.
• Leasing experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi and MS Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
• Audit lease and resident files.
• Process pre-close and month-end reports.
• Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs.
• Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
• Complete statement of deposits for move-outs.
