EMBREY in the Centennial, CO area is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our property management team. You will handle rent processing, lease administration, and daily operations to keep our communities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• One year of sales/service industry experience.
• Previous leasing experience, preferred.
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsabilités

• Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
• Audit lease and resident files.
• Process pre-close and month-end reports.
• Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs.
• Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
• Complete statement of deposits for move-outs.
