Qualifications

• One year of sales/service industry experience.
• Previous leasing experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
• Audit lease and resident files.
• Process pre-close and month-end reports.
• Inspect apartments during move-ins and move-outs.
• Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
• Complete statement of deposits for move-outs.
