Job summary

Stream Realty Partners seeks a Property Administrator to provide first-class property management services and support the Property Management team with day-to-day operations of a commercial property.

Responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, office administration, tenant relations, and coordinating service contracts. The role offers growth opportunities within Stream’s portfolio and emphasizes accuracy, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic accounting skills and knowledge.
• Mathematical aptitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Desire and ambition to learn and grow in Stream’s property management department.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable – code invoices and route for approval.
• Accounts Receivable – review and assist with late notices.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reports preparation.
• Assist with day-to-day operation of the portfolio.
• Answer main phone line; greet guests and deliver messages.
• Enter work order requests into the system.
• Maintain Insurance Certificates for vendors/tenants/clients.
• Prepare and execute Service Contracts for vendor services.
• Schedule building activity and verify insurance.
• Assist in tenant events with the management team.
