Job summary

Stream Realty Partners, L.P. is seeking a Property Administrator to provide first-class property management services for a commercial portfolio in Phoenix. The role includes handling Accounts Payable & Receivable, office administration, customer service, and tenant relations.

Responsibilities include assisting the Property Manager with financial reports, vendor contracts, and day-to-day operations while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus
• Attention to Detail
• Basic accounting skills and knowledge
• Mathematical aptitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Desire and ambition to learn and grow in Stream’s property management department.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable – input, verify and code invoices and forward for approval.
• Accounts Receivable – monthly review and assist with notices.
• Assist with monthly/quarterly financial reports.
• Assist day-to-day operation of portfolio.
• Answer main line, greet visitors, deliver messages.
• Enter work order requests into system.
• Maintain Certificates of Insurance for vendors/tenants/clients.
• Prepare and facilitate service contracts.
• Schedule building activity and verify insurance.
• Assist in planning tenant events.
