Formación

• Minimum of five years experience in commercial real estate as a property administrator or equivalent.
• Experience in reading and interpreting real estate leases/contracts is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices for portfolio properties regularly.
• Create and maintain an accurate filing system for tenant files.
• Assist assigned Property Manager(s) with tenant and property owner relations.
• Prepare and distribute delinquency reports and rent increase reports.
