Qualifications

• Background in accounting or formal accounting training.
• 1–3 years of public accounting experience (audit/assurance or accounting).
• Strong Excel skills and a drive to improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Own building-level accounting for a portfolio of properties, including reconciliations, journal entries, budget creation and monthly close.
• Produce accurate, timely financial reporting and support budgeting/forecasting for properties.
• Investigate discrepancies and proactively resolve financial and operational gaps.
• Build and improve automated workflows using AI tools to streamline reconciliations, reporting and analysis.
• Partner with senior team members and Account Management to scale the finance function.
