Daisy, a full-stack, AI-native property management company in NYC, seeks an early-career accountant to own books for a portfolio of condo and co-op buildings. You’ll work directly with senior finance leadership and help automate day-to-day accounting through AI tools, enabling faster, more accurate financials.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of public accounting experience (Big 4 or large regional firm).
• CPA or CPA track strongly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and an appetite for process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting for a portfolio of properties including reconciliations and monthly close.
• Produce timely financial reporting and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Investigate discrepancies and troubleshoot issues to prevent gaps.
• Build and improve automated workflows and AI-enabled processes.
• Collaborate with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
