Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of property accounting experience in real estate.
• Experience with MRI or Yardi and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property accounting for a real estate portfolio.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and monthly reports.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Review property-level activity, budgets, expenses, and variances.
• Collaborate with property management and development teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records for property income, expenses, and transactions.
• Assist with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
