Job summary

Soni seeks a Property Accountant to oversee financial reporting and accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. You will handle month-end close, reconciliations, analysis, budgeting support, and cash management in partnership with property management and operations.

Responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, capital projects tracking, audits, and lender reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of property or real estate accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP/property accounting systems (Yardi, MRI, or similar preferred).
• Strong Excel skills and understanding of GAAP.

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
