Alpha Residential is seeking a highly organized Property Accountant to manage financial records for multiple properties and ensure GAAP compliance. You will prepare statements and support management with financial insights.

The role collaborates with asset and property managers, performs bank reconciliations, budgets, forecasts, and assists during audits and tax returns in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in property accounting or real estate finance.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience using Real Page is preferred but not required.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
