Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university strongly preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in Yardi Voyager and other Yardi products.
• Multifamily experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all required financial information for an assigned portfolio of properties.
• Communicate issues relating to properties to on-site property managers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Draft property budgets and assist with audit packages.
