The role supports budget development, prepares management reports, and assists with tenant ledgers, debt service, leases audits, and accounts payable/receivable. Yardi experience preferred; degree in accounting optional; 2+ years of full-cycle property accounting required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of full cycle property accounting.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Analyze financial information, reconcile statements, and prepare general journal entries.
• Assist in budget development and prepare financial reports for management.
• Handle month-end close checklist and tenant ledger adjustments.
• Post debt service payments and audit leases for multi-family properties.
