Olen Living is seeking a skilled A/R Specialist for its Boynton Beach, FL communities. This full-time, in-office role supports the Property Manager with daily operations and financial performance, including posting deposits and managing delinquency processes.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and property management software. Weekend shifts may be required on a rotating basis.

Competenze

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers, including adding, subtracting and fractions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint, along with various property management and accounting software products.

Mansioni

• Post daily deposits to resident or income ledgers.
• Bill all applicable late and NSF fees to the resident ledgers.
• Prepare weekly delinquency report starting on the 6th of every month, documenting weekly follow-up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare and send Pay or Quit worksheets for eviction process.
• Enter and audit new and renewal leases in the resident management software.
