Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-6 months of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate with peers and management at various levels.
• Self-starter able to work with little or no supervision.
• Willing to handle shift holdovers, reassignments, and on-call duties.
• Able to use basic hand tools and operate basic product testing equipment.
• Proficient in mathematics and able to perform calculations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite.
• Must communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver\'s license.
• Team player, take direction, prioritize schedules, and follow work rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain plant equipment including process controls, compressors, pumps, and NGL storage facilities.
• Optimize processing by maintaining product specifications.
• Monitor pressures, temperatures, flow, and levels; adjust operations as needed.
• Respond to alarms and take corrective actions.
• Communicate with control centers and other operating groups.
• Perform daily walk-around inspections and maintain housekeeping.
• Issue work permits and ensure safety requirements (LOTO, pre-job safety).
• Report failures to supervisor and coordinate with contractors.
• Lead safety programs and participate in safety initiatives.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis.
• Coordinate energy isolation lockout/tagout procedures.
• Stay prepared for Emergency Response until relieved.
