Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, the nation's largest propane distributor, is seeking Service Technicians in the United States. You will install and repair propane tanks, ensuring safety and top-tier customer service for residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities include operating a propane service vehicle, performing repairs, installing tanks/systems, and possibly delivering bulk or canister propane. Shifts are 8–10 hours; uniforms are provided and benefits include PTO, holidays, and a sign-on

Qualifications

Must have valid CDL Class A or B with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
Acceptable driving record.
Completion of DOT physical, drug test and background check.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a propane service vehicle with lift gate and boom along provided service routes.
Perform repairs on existing propane tanks for commercial and residential customers.
Install new propane tanks/systems for commercial and residential customers.
On an as-needed basis, perform Delivery Representative functions, such as delivering bulk or canister propane.
Adhere to all federal/state codes and AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies.
