Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, the nation’s largest propane distributor, seeks a safety-minded Service Technician to install and repair propane tanks at customers’ locations. You will operate a service vehicle, perform deliveries as needed, and uphold strict safety and service standards.

The role requires a valid CDL with hazmat/tanker endorsements, DOT physical, background check, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Good driver’s record and willingness to work outdoors are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL Class A or B with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair propane tanks for residential and commercial customers.
• Safely operate a propane service vehicle with lift gate and boom on assigned routes.
• Perform deliveries of bulk or canister propane as needed.
• Maintain safety compliance with all federal/state codes and AmeriGas policies.
