Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is seeking safety-minded Service Technicians to install and repair propane tanks for homes and businesses. Join a nationwide leader and enjoy a stable, customer-focused role with daily home time and a strong safety culture.

You will drive a propane service vehicle, perform repairs, install new tanks/systems, and occasionally fulfill Delivery Representative duties. The job emphasizes safety, compliance, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• DOT physical, drug test and background check completed.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair propane tanks for residential and commercial customers.
• Safely operate a propane service vehicle on assigned routes.
• Perform all daily safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Deliver bulk or canister propane as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state codes and AmeriGas policies.
• Work 8–12 hour shifts as needed.
