Job summary

AmeriGas is seeking a local Service Technician to install, repair, and service propane tanks for residential and commercial customers. You will operate a service vehicle with a lift gate and boom, perform deliveries when needed, and comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include handling propane equipment, performing installations, and maintaining a strong focus on customer service and safety on every route.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• DOT physical, drug test and background check.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair propane tanks for commercial and residential customers.
• Operate service vehicle safely on routes with lift gate and boom.
• Deliver bulk or canister propane as needed.
• Adhere to all codes, regulations and AmeriGas policies.
• Provide high levels of customer service and safety.
