Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a hands-on Propane Operations Supervisor to lead our propane operations facility in Purdy, Washington. This role focuses on safety, operational excellence, and delivering reliable service to customers while actively managing day-to-day activities.

The successful candidate will supervise drivers, coordinate dispatch and routing, oversee fleet maintenance, and drive continuous improvement across inventory and maintenance programs in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in Operations/Business Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring safe, reliable service.
• Schedule production to meet plant requirements and manage inventories.
• Supervise plant maintenance and maintain records.
• Manage a team of drivers including routing and dispatch.
• Enforce safety rules and regulatory compliance.
• Train team members and improve programs for safety and efficiency.
