The role requires 5+ years in operations or logistics, a CDL with HazMat, CETP certification (or ability to obtain), and a strong track record of teamwork and leadership.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in operations, service, logistics, or related field.
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience preferred.
• Facility management experience is a plus.
• CETP certifications or ability to obtain them.
• Class B CDL with HazMat and Tank Vehicle endorsements or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, train, and hold frontline employees accountable.
• Commitment to teamwork, customer service, and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational standards for customer service and facility maintenance.
• Lead, coach, and develop drivers, technicians, and yard staff.
• Assist with customer deliveries, service work, and installations as needed.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce policies.
• Maintain clean, compliant facilities.
• Provide after-hours and emergency coverage as required.
• Partner with leadership on training and career development.
• Monitor productivity, service quality, scheduling, and staffing.
