Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a management role and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain operations within your assigned area.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze P&L, optimize margins, and ensure growth.
• Oversee delivery routing, service schedules, and customer focus.
• Ensure safety compliance and DOT requirements for drivers and staff.
• Lead HR activities including hiring, coaching, and performance reviews.
