Job summary

Pinnacle Propane, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager for the Midland, TX area. The role leads a team of supervisors, drivers, service technicians and yard hands, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient propane distribution and depot operations.

You will align with Pinnacle’s safety policies, manage resources, and support customer service excellence. The position reports to the Territory Director and oversees DOT-compliant operations, route planning, and staffing at manned sites, with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities are essential.
• Ability to thrive in a changing environment and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and direct work within the district.
• Supervise operations supervisors, drivers, service technicians and yard hands.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance (DOT) and quality standards across locations.
• Coordinate transportation and scheduling for depots and customer deliveries.
• Prepare and manage district budget and payroll processes.
