Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Training and/or experience in truck and equipment maintenance.
• Ability to obtain propane (CETP) certification as determined by the state served.
• Ability to obtain MFA Oil crane certification.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a CDL with tanker, HAZMAT, and air brake endorsements within 90 days.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and efficient service to all customers, including installation of tanks (propane, refined fuel, and lubricant) and service of existing equipment and systems.
• Work individually or as part of a crew during construction or installation of any petroleum, propane, or associated equipment at company and customer locations.
• Conduct service work as scheduled, including after-hours emergency service.
• Inspect installations to assure safe, dependable operations.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair system and equipment issues as assigned.
• Maintain inventory of fuel-related and non-fuel related parts and equipment.
• Safely operate vehicle according to MFA Oil Company policies and guidelines, state and federal transportation laws.
