Job summary

MFA Oil Company is seeking a Fuel & Propane Service Technician to install propane, refined fuel, and lubricant systems at company and customer locations. The role includes service work, safety compliance, and completing work orders while maintaining equipment and inventory.

The position requires a high school diploma, CDL readiness, and willingness to obtain required certifications. Candidates must be able to work in outdoor conditions and on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Training/experience in truck and equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work with hazardous materials and obtain propane CETP certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt service including installation of tanks and equipment at customer locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain truck condition.
• Conduct after-hours emergency service and respond to customers as needed.
• Maintain inventory of fuel-related and non-fuel related parts and equipment.
• Ensure customer documentation is accurately completed and records are updated.
