Job summary

MATADOR GAS & POWER INC in Huntsville, TX seeks an Operations Facility Manager to oversee daily propane distribution and storage facilities. You will lead staff, manage inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety and efficiency across operations.

The role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and experience with propane handling, OSHA/DOT guidelines, and ERP systems. You will coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and report performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in propane or energy industry is a plus.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day propane distribution and storage facility operations.
• Lead staff, training, and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance (DOT/OSHA/NFPA), and incident investigations.
• Develop budgets and monitor operational costs.
