Job summary

Blue Star Gas in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Division Manager to lead daily propane distribution, ensure safety, and drive customer service excellence across service and delivery teams.

You will manage P&L, analyze division performance, and guide staff to achieve business goals using current software tools while maintaining regulatory compliance. This is an in-person, on-site leadership role in the Santa Rosa area.

Qualifications

• Specialized LP Gas training or certifications (CETP, external)
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of rail terminal operations is a plus
• Experience in propane operations and safety compliance

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement operational plans for profitability.
• Manage P&L and controllable expenditures.
• Review division reports and optimize performance.
• Support accounts receivable collections.
• Enforce policies and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure safety codes and fleet maintenance.
