This full-time management role requires strong leadership, DOT knowledge and financial oversight, with duties spanning staffing, budgeting, compliance and daily purchasing.

Salary range is $90,000 to $105,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401k with immediate eligibility.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in the propane industry preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple locations.
• Active knowledge of DOT standards and expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety codes and policies are followed, including servicing and repair of company vehicles and safe customer installations.
• Develops and implements plans for achieving long-term customer growth and financial goals.
• Ensures daily, weekly, and monthly work processes and reporting are accurate and timely.
• Directs staffing and development of employees, communicating company goals.
• Controls operating expenses by monitoring productivity and optimizing personnel and vehicle costs.
• Oversees cash control, inventory management, documentation and audit procedures.
• Involves in district purchasing and expenditures.
