Job summary

You will partner with the National Sales Manager on promotional planning, execution, tracking, and manage domestic wholesale admin functions for Customer Service and Sales. Responsibilities include onboarding key accounts, creating product grids, maintaining pricing and forms, coordinating promotions across SYSPRO, Wrike, and e‑commerce platforms, and

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or account coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing relationships with outside accounts and sales reps, with clear communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Onboards all new key accounts and creates product grids for sales sets.
• Oversees and is accountable for all Sales Admin functions for domestic accounts.
• Manage account pricing, items, forms, and promotions; coordinate deadlines with Sales Managers.
