INFRA is seeking a Promotions Program Manager to articulate strategies, develop plans, and drive cross-team collaboration across stakeholder groups to ensure program success. You will help align outcomes with member and vendor goals and lead prioritization and rollout of promotions programs.

The role emphasizes discovery, roadmap creation, and ongoing improvement, with travel up to 15% and a hybrid work model based from St. Paul, MN. Strong communication and relationship-building are essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of scaled program management or initiative leadership experience.
• Experience in a client/member-facing role demonstrating value of initiatives.
• Experience with roadmapping, high-level project planning, strategy or discovery workshops.
