The role requires 4+ years in promotions/merchandising with retail grocery or natural foods experience.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years' experience creating and implementing broad-scale promotions and merchandising planning.
• Retail grocery and/or natural foods experience required.
• Consultative role or professional services partnership experience preferred.
• Experience with independently owned businesses preferred.
• Proven merchandising best practices knowledge.
• Familiar with Microsoft365, SharePoint, CRMs, and project management/workflow tools.
• Demonstrated leadership through influence and service mindset.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with INFRA team to promote programs (EDLP, INFRA Deals).
• Lead onboarding and reinforce orientation in-store as needed.
• Partner with store employees to implement plans and improve execution.
• Plan, implement, and track merchandising planograms and store resets.
• Deliver data-driven competitive and performance analysis to support decisions.
• Coach members toward solutions and grow participation in promotions.
