Job summary

Fliff is seeking a Promotions Strategy Manager who understands how incentives influence customer behavior and can help shape the future of promotional strategy at Fliff.

You will design offers, determine who receives them, measure success, and optimize spend to drive engagement and long-term value, collaborating with Lifecycle Marketing, Analytics, Product, Finance, Compliance, and VIP teams. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in promotions, loyalty, CRM, retention marketing, gaming operations, commercial strategy, or related disciplines.
• Experience within sportsbook, fantasy sports, social gaming, social casino, mobile gaming, loyalty programs, or adjacent industries.
• Strong understanding of promotional mechanics, customer incentives, and offer design.
• Experience evaluating campaign performance and customer behavior.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Finance teams.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize promotional strategies and incentive structures across customer segments.
• Measure performance, ROI, and cost management of promotional programs.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, Compliance, and VIP teams.
• Own the promotional portfolio and calendar across products and segments.
