Job summary

Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Marketing Promotions Assistant to support Diamond Jo Worth and Dubuque teams. The role involves entering and tracking Workfront Jobs and coordinating projects, entertainment, tournaments, promotions and events to drive guest engagement.

You will develop and distribute notices to departments, program promotions with Marketing Shared Services, assist in guest communications, manage gifts and inventory, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Administrative/support experience in Marketing preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with e-mail, Excel, Word and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain required licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Support Diamond Jo Worth and Dubuque Marketing Teams.
• Enter and track Workfront Jobs.
• Coordinate projects, entertainment, tournaments, promotions and events.
• Develop and distribute promotion details to related departments.
• Program promotions with Marketing Shared Services.
• Assist with marketing channels for promotions and events.
• Coordinate resources for promotions and events.
• Attend promotions, events and entertainment activities as needed.
• Assist with guest photos/releases for promotion winners.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints regarding promotions and events.
• Assist at Boyd Rewards Counter when necessary.
• Order gifts and marketing/promotional items under supervision.
• Maintain inventory of gifts/promotional items.
