Job summary

Bonneville Seattle is seeking a Marketing & Promotions Manager to drive station promotions, events, and contests, while expanding audience engagement across on-air, online, and on-site channels. You will lead a Promotions team and partner with sales, programming, and legal to ensure compliant, impactful campaigns.

You'll manage digital communications, email marketing via Braze, and develop multi-channel campaigns with creative assets, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or audience engagement.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience leading a team; delegation and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings.
• Ability to develop ideas and follow through to completion.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive safely.
• Experience with email marketing and Braze is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Canva and editing tools a plus.
• Self-motivated, reliable, able to manage multiple projects.
• Experience with data analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress and digital content management is a plus.
• Graphic production and video production experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute station and client promotions, events, and contests.
• Oversee brand and programming promotions and host appearances.
• Manage and lead the Promotions team including hiring and training.
• Oversee community partnerships and outreach.
• Collaborate with Programming, Imaging, and Traffic for promotions.
• Coordinate with Legal for promotion documents.
• Maintain department budget costs.
• Uphold proper community image of Bonneville Seattle stations.
• Serve as marketing automation expert for Braze.
• Develop and schedule digital communications and campaigns.
• Lead digital strategy incl. segmentation, A/B testing, deployment.
• Create on-air and online marketing copy.
• Create graphics and digital assets.
• Collaborate with sales, programming, and stakeholders.
