Bonneville Seattle is seeking a content leader to oversee and manage all content for MyNorthwest, growing audience and maintaining timely updates across digital properties. You will lead a team of writers, provide editorial vision, and work in harmony with legacy media properties to maximize reach.

You will mentor staff, shape story selection, and ensure SEO-friendly, high-quality articles while collaborating with IT and on-air teams.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree in journalism, communications, or equivalent.
• Experience managing editorial teams and workflows.
• Strong editorial vision and ability to set brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Define editorial voice and brand identity for MyNorthwest.
• Oversee daily content production and staff performance.
• Recruit, train, schedule, coach and evaluate writers.
• Coordinate with management on company-wide initiatives and initiatives.
