Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 7+ years in pharma/biotech/regulated healthcare.
• 3+ years leading MLR/promotional review or content operations.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of FDA promotional requirements and marketing compliance.
• End-to-end commercial content lifecycle management experience.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats, Allego or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational owner of MLR promotional review and content lifecycle.
• Set governance standards and service expectations for content development and review.
• Improve MLR operating model for speed and quality while maintaining oversight.
• Coordinate content from concept through submission, review and deployment.
• Maintain materials and documentation across enterprise platforms.
• Establish escalation pathways for content-review issues.
• Lead quarterly promotional portfolio reviews and reporting.
• Partner with leaders to prioritize and allocate resources.
