Betacom-Incorporated is seeking an Operations Specialist in Chandler, AZ to work closely with the finance team and project managers. You will track costs, update project documentation, and support overall operations while coordinating with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires a strong command of Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This full-time position is based in Chandler, AZ.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
• Minimum 5+ years related experience
• Experience in wireless/telecom services is a plus
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office programs (Excel/Access/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook)

Mansioni

• Track costs and financials in coordination with the finance team
• Maintain project documentation and related files
• Assist with closeout package documentation (COPs) ensuring quality standards are met
• Review WIP reports, budgets, costs, and POs; initiate invoicing
• Coordinate with Construction and Project Manager
• Provide subcontractor requirements and cost tracking with the team
• Communicate written and oral updates between Betacom, clients and vendors
• Deliver status reports to customer representatives
• Perform administrative tasks as needed
