Job summary

Betacom is seeking an Operations Specialist in Chandler, AZ to support the finance and construction teams with cost tracking, project administration, and documentation management. This role coordinates project activities, maintains trackers, and ensures timely delivery while interfacing with clients and subcontractors.

The position requires 5+ years in construction/telecom operations, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5+ years of related Construction/Telecommunications experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Requests, organizes, maintains, and routes project files/documentation (permits, WOs, NTPs, NOCs, NOTs, BOM).
• Prepare, update, and maintain project trackers as directed.
• Assist in close-out package documentation (COPs) per Betacom standards.
• Review WIP reports, verify budgets, costs, and PO’s; initiate invoicing and true-up checks.
• Coordinate with Construction and Project Manager.
• Provide sub-contractor coordination and cost tracking with the team.
• Serve as written/oral liaison between Betacom, Client, and third-party vendors.
• Provide status reports to customer representatives on request.
• Maintain regular communication with Client to ensure deadlines and site acceptance.
